Ok – this wasn’t completely obvious to me, but this should clear up how to make outgoing calls with Google Voice.

Here it is – easy step by step format:

1. Call your Google Voice # with your cell phone
2. Type in your pin #
3. Press 2
4. Dial the number you wish to call
5. Done.

Totally easy and painless.
